Regional Sales Director, Federal Sales
Responsibilities include:
  • Understanding and effectively communicating StreamSets value proposition to potential customers
  • Work with and develop new partners to expand reach into Federal agencies.
  • Managing numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically through various sales stages to closure, while mitigating risk and maximizing upside
  • Maintaining pipeline, managing forecast, closing deals, and tracking customer data using [please apply online] Closing business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual booking objectives
  • Traveling as needed to customer sites
  • Developing sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities
  • Working closely with field engineering team and product demo to deliver critical client feedback regarding the development of the product; collaborating with support team as need
  • Closing (on average) two net new transaction/quarter ($175k+ ACV)
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer success and retention while executing new revenue opportunities
